Our team (including our bakers pictured above!) is dedicated to bringing you the best gluten-free baked goods possible! We have a mix of full-time and part-time employees who all love our treats and are ready to help you find the perfect goodies.
Just because you’re gluten-free doesn’t mean you don’t deserve good cake.
So Britt makes really, really good cake.
Britt was diagnosed with gluten intolerance in 2009. After briefly mourning her beloved gluten, she resolved to continue to find joy in baking and create delicious gluten-free baked goods.
After trying nearly every gluten-free flour on the market and borrowing both traditional baking techniques and new-fangled methods, Britt was able to create indulgent treats that had people begging for seconds. Cupcakes make Britt unreasonably happy, so she thought it was time for her to start spreading the love.
Britt started at Kirkwood Farmers’ Market in the 2018 season and opened the shopfront in late November of 2019.
Britt’s Bakehouse creates choice baked goods, made lovingly in small batches in an entirely gluten-free environment. Using the best ingredients to create the finest textures, flavors, and appearance, Britt and her team elevate gluten-free baking into a joyful experience.
